Manoj’s Bio

Being born into a yogic family, Manoj started practising yoga from very young age. He won several awards in Yoga competitions including a gold medal at National Yoga Championship. Manoj received his post-graduate diploma in yoga from Kaivalyadhama. , he taught yoga in Singapore and throughout India. Manoj is specialized teacher in Hatha Yoga and is trained in many styles, including Weight loss Yoga, hot Hatha, power, core, yin, hot, flow, and hot flow yoga as well as yoga therapy.
