After being drawn to yoga as a graduate student in need of relaxation, the practice of yoga didn't illicit an immediate love affair for Lindsay; however, what has developed over nearly a decade of discipline, study and dedication into a lifestyle both on and off the mat has been more valuable to her studies of human development than graduate school was at the time.
