Kavita Pillay’s Bio

Kavita Pillay is post Graduate & Mphil in Human Consciousness and Yogic Science, Rani Durgavati Vishwa Vidyalaya, Jabalpur(M.P) and Diploma in Naturopathy and Yogic Science, Mahatma Gandhi Chirtrakoot Gramiday Vishwa Vidyalaya. She worked as Yoga Instructor in ANHC Goa and also worked as Yoga Instructor in Lakshimibai National Institute of Physical Education, Gwalior (M.P) for 5 years. Miss Pillay conducted theory, practical classes and meditation for the P.G. Diploma and Graduation students in LNI. She has published Research papers on national and international Yoga Journals, presented Yoga Research Papers in various University & Colleges. Her areas of specialization are Asana, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and Mantra Chanting.
