Dr Latika Verma’s Bio

Dr. Latika Verma was born in 1978 in Jalandhar, India. She teaches Anatomy and Physiology of the Human Body at Shiva Yoga Peeth. Latika graduated from Dayanand Ayurvedic college in 2003 from her studies in Ayurvedic medicine and surgery. She has a vast experience in Ayurvedic medicine and her Yogic practices are slightly based on Ayurveda, she is an ideal person for teaching the importance of Anatomy in Yoga.
