Dr Gaurav Malik’s Bio
Born in a valley of the Himalayas, Gaurav decided at an early age to dedicate his life to the study and sharing of yogic knowledge.
Dr. Gaurav Malik is a registered Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance UK and an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance USA & Yoga Alliance Australia
Formal Education:
- 10 years at the yoga university Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar
- Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Teaching
- Masters in Human Consciousness and Yogic Science
- PhD Yoga (Pranayama)
- Meditation Teaching courses
- Various yoga therapy courses.
Gaurav has previously taught in many yoga schools in Rishikesh, Goa, Thailand and Europe.
Hundreds of people have had the opportunity to be treated by Gaurav through his natural therapies and Ayurvedic expertise. Anyone who meets him is instantly drawn to his loving, caring and calming demeanour.
