Chris Dougherty’s Bio

Originally from Chicago, Chris spent his previous life as a producer in the world of creative marketing and film…until he met yoga.

After establishing a strong daily practice at renowned Yogaview in Chicago, Chris decided to devote a full year to the study yoga. His first stop was Pavones Yoga Center for the 200-hour Multidimensional Yoga Teacher Training and The Art of Flow advanced teacher training. In addition to his time spent studying and living in Pavones, Chris has returned to the USA intermittently to take advanced trainings with Tim Miller, Richard Freeman, Erich Schiffman, Sianna Sherman, Gabriel Halpern, and Sara Strother.
