Candace Glass’s Bio

Candace's rich teachings are informed by the knowledge, experience and wisdom that over 20 years of teaching experience provides. Through her classes, Candace takes students on a deep journey into into self-growth with a strong emphasis on mindfulness and meditation as a practice. All served up with the lightness, warmth and fun, that excuses from Candace.
Yoga combined with mindfulness led Candace to greater clarity, purpose and self-love. She remains a student first, which she truly believes is vitally important to being a strong teacher. Candace's passion, humility, grace and joy for yoga is shared by all who take her classes. Her creative flows, inspiring talks and uplifting playlists make her classes one you'll always want to come back to.
