Bernardo Staut’s Bio

Bernardo has over 9 years of experience in the field of yoga, meditation and philosophy. He owns his studio in his homeland Brazil, and for the past 3 years he has been traveling the world teaching and deepening his knowledge with senior teachers. He has taught in the UK, Dubai, India, Greece, Australia and New Zealand during our International Retreats and Workshops. He is a certified Hatha (Escola de Yoga Arjavam), Kundalini (KRI), Yoga Nidra (Satyananda) and Vedic Chanting Teacher (KYM – India). He works exclusively for Plantation Villa, guiding the yoga sessions, meditations and philosophy discussions. Apart from his yogic knowledge, he is also a trained Ayurvedic therapist and shares his passion for buddhist philosophy and practice. He believes that yoga can provide the experience of integration between body, breath and mind, allowing space for self awareness and development. His classes are suitable to all types of conditions and experiences, aiming to reveal what is already well and best in you whilst providing healing for the body and mind.
