This is an intensive residential course that takes the individual into deeper understanding of yogic philosophy and offers advanced asanas, better understanding of alignment and adjustment, etc. that prepares her/him to teach yoga to advanced level practitioners. The students are guided through more specialized and intensive learning both in theory and practice.
The instructors help students unfold more intense philosophical prospects. Based on Hatha yoga, VSY course curriculum highly for 300 hour lets students have more practicum – teaching their fellow students – on different topics and aspects of yoga. This is the opportunity to learn from others mistakes and identify one’s weaknesses for correction.
