Our Yin Yoga teacher training is an intensive course, and carefully structured. It will give you an understanding of practicing and teaching Yin Yoga. This is a slow paced and gentle style of yoga practice where postures are held in a static way for 2 to 5 mins.
In this style, we position our body in a particular pose and then as we let go of effort and surrender into the pose with presence and breath. This enables us to relax the muscles and apply moderate stress to the deepest layers of tissue in the body, tendons, fascia, ligaments etc- thus improving flexibility & vitality.
Combine this with mindfulness and internal awareness and Yin becomes a highly meditative tool to cultivate inner silence and explore the realms of our consciousness.

Students will enjoy the most tasty and healthy meals in Vinyasa Yoga Academy. Our kitchen team is guided by the Ashram to prepare food potent with spiritual nutrition. We do not use any meat, eggs or alcohol in our kitchen. We also encourage students to not use these substances while they are here with us. We serve mostly vegetarian dishes. But with the request of the students we will also provide a vegan, gluten free diet.
