This 100 hour Ashtanga yoga teacher training course in India is ideal for individuals who have limited time but want to deepen their yoga practice without necessarily intending to teach. It is also perfect for those who want to go on an intensive retreat to accelerate their yoga journey. By completing this course, yoga learners can enhance their skills and add extra hours to their existing certificates.
The course covers the physics and energetics of each yoga asana, the principles behind the Ashtanga sequence of asanas, and an in-depth study of each asana and transition. Traditionally the postures are always practiced in a specific order and are taught in a Mysore style, with the teacher providing the practitioner with a new pose when they are ready.
