Students who complete their training get a free membership with World Yoga Alliance as Certified Yoga Teacher.

How the training works

70 hours will be contact hours comprised of online videos (70+ hours) and face-to-face live chats (20+ hours) with your teacher.

• Bhujanga Namaskar Series (Cobra salutation)
• Basic, Intermediate, Advanced hatha yoga asana sequence includes about 88 positions
