Our 500-hour teacher training in Rishikesh is basically divided into two parts – the first month focuses on the foundational 200-hour module followed by the intensive 300 hours of training the next month. This program will give you the opportunity to deep dive and Experience Yoga from various dimensions.

While staying at Rishikul Yogshala, you will enjoy the simple yet delicious delicacies served twice a day. Food is cooked with special affection based on traditional Indian techniques, which are famous all over the world. To encourage the Yogic diet, the food is complemented to serve as per taste and preferences.
The goal is to offer quality nutritious food for smooth functioning of the body and cleanse the system internally, which is highly needed for the yoga training courses. Also the easy availability of filtered water both for the yoga hall and yoga rooms are available to keep yourself hydrated.
All the vegetables and fruits are procured from the fresh farms which ensures the quality and intactly maintains the nutrient component.
By Plane:
The nearest international airport is New-Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport. For those who choose to continue their way by air, there are currently domestic flights to nearby Dehradun Jolly Grant Airport. From there it is less than 45minute drive by taxi.
By Train:
The closest train stations is Rishikesh (RKSH) but there are very few trains arriving at this stations hence it is better to arrive at Haridwar train station (HW) and take a 30 min taxi ride to Rishikesh.
By Bus:
Buses to Rishikesh leave New-Delhi from the Kashmiri Gate National Bus Stand approximately every hour. The bus ride takes about 7-9 hours and buses don't have toilets so not recommended for people with motion sickness.
