100 hours is an ideal starting course for Beginner yoga students. It is a simple yoga course that will give you the opportunity to use yogic knowledge acquired in your daily life. Simple means... simple when you have enthusiasm, but hard when you do not want to change and adapt. 100 hours - 2 weeks course is the best way to improve your self practice and a preparation for the intermediate level yoga course 200h YTTC. If you want to go to the roof, you will need stairs. The same happens with the 100 hours course for Yoga professional certification.
When successfuly finishing this course, you will find yourself at the middle stage for 200h certification, but you'll still need 100h more to be able to teach. The goal of this course is NOT satisfication. This course starts a fire in the body and mind that will encourage you to pursue more.
