Residential 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training
Rishikesh course is Internationally accredited and registered with Yoga Alliance, USA. In this course, we will focus on the traditional teachings of Ancient Hatha Yoga
- Patanjali Yoga. You will expand your knowledge and experience in all areas of yogic practices such as asana, pranayama, meditation, bandhas, kriyas, mudras as
well as theory on yogic philosophy, anatomy and the art of teaching.
Our advance 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training also includes Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda “the science of life”. This will provide you with a completely new experience on both, physical and mental level. Give yourself this opportunity to transform your yoga practice, study ancient textbooks and the philosophy behind these teachings. After this training you will feel confident, that you have all the tools needed to live a healthy life, and to give these gifts to others through your teaching.
Meal All meals will be vegan/vegetarian and gluten free, except Wheat chapati and kheer (milk + rice pudding)
We provide five – seven dishes in one meal with proper nutrition and fresh cooked. Our foods are suitable for both western and eastern students. We have
different menu for each day.
By Plane:
The nearest international airport is New-Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport. For those who choose to continue their way by air, there are currently domestic flights to nearby Dehradun Jolly Grant Airport. From there it is less than 45minute drive by taxi.
By Train:
The closest train stations is Rishikesh (RKSH) but there are very few trains arriving at this stations hence it is better to arrive at Haridwar train station (HW) and take a 30 min taxi ride to Rishikesh.
By Bus:
Buses to Rishikesh leave New-Delhi from the Kashmiri Gate National Bus Stand approximately every hour. The bus ride takes about 7-9 hours and buses don't have toilets so not recommended for people with motion sickness.
Please mind, that deposit submitted with the application "online" is non - refundable or non-transferable under any circumstances.
Only in special case of emergency, PIYF allows students to transfer for other scheduled course within the period of one year.
Notification must be made at least 1 month prior the beginning of the course.
