Our yoga teacher training school is located in Rishikesh. The name Rishikesh is composed of the words “hrsika,” meaning “senses,” and “isa,” meaning “lord”; therefore, it means ‘Lord of the Senses.’ When you embark on your 100-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, you will experience many colors, tastes, sounds, smells and touches from the first day. All five senses are being stimulated, which has an incredible effect on our mind, body and soul. Rishikesh is a Holy place with a beautiful, spiritual solid energy that many people come here to experience every year.
