Food & Dining
We have a specific kitchen designed for our students. We ensure that during the yoga teacher training program, all food is sattwic (pure vegetarian) and prepared in hygienic conditions. We provide three meals and two teas every day. All meals are pure vegetarian and freshly prepared (not frozen) in line with the principles of yoga. There are many different varieties, so that students can enjoy different seasonal vegetables and fruits
