The 300 hour TTC helps to improve self-practice and ability to teach advanced asanas to the students which are not covered in 200 hours yoga ttc program

The diet provided at Haritha Yosghala is customized with a view of maintaining a perfect balance among Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. The food at Haritha includes fresh organic grains, seasonal vegetables, salad, fruits which are brought straight from the farm to table in order to maintain all the elements of the body controlling the tri-doshas and making one fit for Yoga.

If you do not attend the program for any reason we can adjust your registration fees for future yoga and ayurveda courses or treatments but its not redeemable for cash value.. If Haritha Yogshala needs to cancel training, a refund will be provided, however, Haritha Yogshala is not responsible for any costs incurred for travel arrangements or accommodations related to any event. It is your responsibility to purchase travel insurance to protect yourself from any loss due to program cancellations, changes or weather delays. We will not, under any circumstance, reimburse you for airfare or ground transfer expenses.
