Ashtanga Yoga
We primarily focus on Ashtanga Yoga, the key philosophical system given by Maharshi Patanjali, in the Yoga Sutras. The Ashtanga system details a six-legged path towards achieving enlightenment or self-realization. Our curriculum is essentially based on Yoga Sutras by Patanjali.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga deals with the Asanas or the body postures to give you physical agility and strength to sit in yogic postures for a long period of time. We cover all the essential elements of Hatha Yoga including the key Asanas related to all the body parts.
Pranayama
Pranayama is one of the most crucial elements of Yoga. Prana means life, Yama means control. Hence, Pranayama essentially means controlling your breath.
