At Ekam Yogashala, we take care to integrate the thorough study of yoga and infuse spirituality into our teachings and practices to support our student's personal and spiritual growth. The curriculum integrates the core subjects of pranayama, shat kriya, asana practice, yoga philosophy, yogic anatomy, relaxation (Yoga Nidra), and meditation. In terms of asana practice, our school focuses on the asana styles of Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Students undergo 6 days of training with 1 day off per week.

The Yoga Diet is based on the natural healing, rejuvenating, and energizing elements of the renowned science of Ayurveda. It is the ideal food to nourish the mind, body, and spirit of novice yogis.
