Our 200-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh provides the fundamentals you need to become a certified yoga teacher or take your own practice to the next level. Ideal for advanced yoga practitioners and yoga enthusiasts, personal trainers, group exercise instructors, and even the yoga-curious. You also learn how to offer modifications, posture options, clarification of contraindications, and how to create a complete series of classes with progressive levels of difficulty.

Daily Schedule

  • Pranayama 06:00 – 07:00 AM

    With the 6 cleansing techniques of Shatkarma to filter your organs and the practice of Pranayama to control your breath, start your yoga practice.

  • Vinyasa Yoga Flow 07:00 – 08:30 AM

    Among the contemporary styles of yoga; Vinyasa Flow Yoga helps you to switch from one asana to another with ease, using breath.

  • Breakfast 08:30 – 09:30 AM

    After the morning session, it’s time to satiate your hunger with healthy, hygienic, and organic food, directly from the kitchen.

  • Yoga Philosophy 09:30 – 10:30 AM

    One of the important terms of yoga, beyond asanas, is Yoga Philosophy where you will unveil the theory behind your practice and understand it well.

  • Yoga Anatomy 10:45 – 11:45 AM

    With the class of yoga anatomy, you will become aware of the muscles and parts of the human body with their origin, main functions, and actions.

  • Alignment, Adjustment, and Methodology 12:00 – 01:00 PM

    The next class after the break is Alignment, Adjustment, and Methodology where you will understand to perform asanas with the right technique.

  • Lunch 01:00 – 02:00 PM

    Now, after the practical class of Yoga, take some and sattvic food in your lunch, prepared by keeping in mind the utmost hygiene and well-being.

  • Ashtanga Yoga 04:00 – 5:30 PM

    With Ashtanga Yoga class, the next step in your yoga practice is to learn to maintain balance, focus, and coordination while performing any asanas

  • Meditation 06:00 – 7:00 PM

    A class should end with remembering God and so the last class of the day is of Meditation and Mantra Chanting to satiate your soul and mind.

  • Dinner 07:10 – 08:00 PM

    After the end of the class, you now need the energy to relax your body and food to satiate your hunger. At 7:10 PM, you all are welcome at the dining area.
