The 200 hours yoga teacher training at Braham Yoga helps provides knowledge and make people adapt yoga and practice it in their daily routines. Yoga being all about steady movements, meditation, asanas and pranayams helps in releasing stress, overcoming depression and violent tendencies. Pranayamas is about controlling breath and it goes hand in hand with some of the asanas. It prepares you for deeper meditation.

Yogic vegetarian 3 meals every day. A healthy and happy life depends on a healthy routine (that what Yoga gives you) and a balance diet. Our food is carefully supervised and is prepared in a very natural and yogic manner while promoting the use of seasonal vegetables and fruits and avoiding all the artificially prepared edibles.
As there might be a slight difference in the local conditions from other places, students might find a couple of dishes on the menu unfamiliar but no need to worry as warty our best efforts to prepare the food with utmost devotion and love which could cater the needs of nourishment of all the layers of our personality. The diet routine is fixed in order to keep the food healthy, naturally cleansing and detoxifying, nutritive and providing strength at the same time to keep up with the rigorous routine of training and practice
Once you start the retreat if due to any unforeseen circumstances a participant have to leave the session or not able to the retreat they can join anytime (with prior notice) in the next one year, but fee in non-refundable. If you are leaving the Retreat in half way you will need to take care of accommodation charges during complete the whole retreat. If you have pay the amount for book the dates of Retreat but not able to make it, you must inform us minimum 2 weeks advance. If you fail to inform your fee amount will be forfeited.
