300 Hour Teacher Training Heart of Yoga Course (HYC) is thoughtfully designed which will enhance your knowledge and experience in all aspects of Yoga. You will develop yoga teaching abilities, professional skills and complement yourself in this yogic journey by evolving physically and spiritually. This 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh is a registered course with US Yoga Alliance.
At Adhiroha, we serve Vegetarian diet. Food will be provided thrice a day (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) with special Adhiroha herbal tea. The food provided at the Ashram is a balance of Satvik & Ayurvedic diet by keeping in mind the intensity of the training program and the nutrients required for the students. The food we consume plays a very significant role in the yoga practice. Therefore, we make a conscious effort in acquiring organically grown fruits and vegetables. We also do try our best to accommodate special food requirements such as lactose intolerant or gluten intolerant.

Student can pay the balance of the fee in Cash or through Credit Card. We accept the following currency if paying in cash: INR/USD/Euros/Pounds/Australian Dollars/ Canadian Dollars. If paying through credit card: Bank transaction charge of 3% will be applicable.
