During this Yoga and Meditation Retreat in Goa, you will embark on a spiritual journey and go through a process of spiritual rebalancing through pranayama, mantra chanting, asana, and meditation classes. We provide delicious vegetarian meals prepared with love and care. We offer a sattvic (balanced) and healthy cuisine using mainly local and organic ingredients. Meals include fruit juice, brown rice, dal, green vegetables, chapati, curry, soups, salads and occasionally healthy sweets.
If you need to cancel the course due to any unavoidable reasons, then the booking amount of € 300 will be adjusted in any other future course within 9 months from the booking date. If you have paid the entire amount for the course, we will deduct 20% from your course fees and the remaining amount will be credited to your account within 10 – 15 days of your notification.
