We will start the day with a dynamic vinyasa practice, followed by a nutritious brunch. In the afternoon you will have time, time for yourself. You can design your afternoon in a way that serves you. We can visit Bali, spend some you-time chilling at the villa or socialize with the other guests. We will serve an afternoon snack and, in the evening, will close the day with a delicious yin practice and a light delicious dinner.
Our Daily Yoga practices will allow for Self-Exploration and Self-Realization. You will get to know yourself better and get to (re)connect with the deeper layers of your being.
