The food will be deliciously fresh, locally sourced ingredients, perfect for detoxing your system and nourishing your yoga body. The fresh local ingredients come together in a Mediterranean-themed, fusion-style menu with Greek, Mediterranean, Eastern, and Asian flavors, a unique combination of traditional dishes and flavors, along with other recipes and preparations from Europe and around the world. All meals are vegetarian, and fish options can be arranged for a few nights by request. Unfortunately you can't attend the retreat after all? Just send us an email so that we can adjust our plans. You can cancel free of charge up to three months before the start of the retreat. However, if you want to withdraw from the retreat after this point, the following payments will be made: 30% of the travel price up to six weeks before the start of the retreat. 50% from six weeks and up to seven days before the start of the retreat. 90% of the travel price less than seven days before the start of the retreat. An exception is medical proof of an illness that prevents you from attending the retreat. In this case, we will refrain from collecting any payment from our side. To be on the safe side, we advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance, which will cover the costs if the worst happens.
