Discover yourself in the miraculous south coast of Sri Lanka. This island is a magical place with beautiful green nature to find inner peace, strengthen your body with yoga, and clear your mind & body with breathwork. Sri Lanka is the home of Ayurveda, one of the oldest healing systems, which believes wellness depends on a balance between mind, body & spirit. We will build this balance up during the week and give you the space you need to develop it. We will nourish you with healthy vegan plant-based food, all grown locally, and if you like, receive ayurvedic treatments.
The retreat starts with a welcome drink, snack, and gathering at 3 pm on the day of arrival, check-in is between 1 and 2 pm. Check-out is after breakfast at 12 pm on the date of departure.
At our plant-based café, we serve you healthy and delicious food for breakfast and dinner.
