You will practice 2,5 hours of special yoga asanas to detox your body and mind including pranayama and meditation. The special pranayama is called Bairova (shared by an enlightened master from India) to detox the body and prepare your mind for meditation. You will feel relaxed as you start every day with a healthy breakfast after the morning practice including smoothies,.fruits local cheeses, etc.

You will start your morning with warm lemon water and then your morning practice of 2,5 hours detoxing yoga with meditation, pranayama, and asanas as well as relaxation
After that, you will have a healthy detoxing breakfast, followed by a detoxing massage
