At Sinchi Runa, we strongly feel that Ayahuasca and other plant entheogens, while taken within a sincere and sacred context, are among the greatest gifts humanity can receive at this moment in time. Through our Ayahuasca retreats we create a safe and sacred space that allows each individual to experience profound healing and spiritual understanding. Our groups are always small with up to 14 participants per retreat. This allows for a safe and genuine shamanic work to take place and for us to be fully present for each one.
Sinchi Runa is an intimate ayahuasca and master plant retreat center, as well as a family and student home. We are dedicated to provide and nurture a safe, compassionate, and sacred space in which one can experience genuine healing and spiritual awakening. Our mission is to help each individual reconnect with their true essence by awakening the capacity of wisdom that resides within their heart.
With more than twenty five years of in-depth experiential work with Ayahuasca and a variety of shamanic master plants and natural entheogens, we specialize in master plant dietas, intensive retreats, deep immersion processes, and depression and addiction treatments. All of our services are uniquely customized to nurture and serve each and every individual according to their own understanding and needs.

The closest airport to fly into are Faro (Portugal). From there you need to make your way to Huelva bus station – there are daily connections available via bus and train. We offer a transfer for all participants from Huelva bus station at 15.00 on the day of the retreat. The retreat grounds are approximately 30 minutes from Huelva. The driver will be waiting by the Huelva bus station with a sign that says Sinchi Runa. On the final day of the retreat, there will be a transfer back to Huelva bus station at approximately 18.00. You will receive more detailed information on how to arrive upon registration. If you need to arrive by other means than the transfer then please be aware that for retreat safety reasons we do not allow you to park your vehicle on the retreat grounds. You would need to arrive by taxi/ride-share or other means. We will share exact location details when you complete the registration to the retreat.
If you have a positive COVID test before your flight to Portugal you can contact us with proof of the positive test. In this case we can transfer your payment to a future retreat, minus an €80,- administrative fee. In the spirit of reciprocity, if the Maestro has COVID or any other serious disease that impedes him from concluding the retreat, the entire retreat will be post-poned to a future date. In this case we can not accommodate refunds.
