For the participants, the Island Spa Retreat schedules a strict routine during their stay. Their day will begin with the Vinyasa Yoga flow in the morning followed by a morning swimming session within the retreat campus . During the mid-morning, participants need to engage in a set of power yoga program after which they can have their lunch and rest for a while. In the afternoon enthusiastic participants can take up the house reef snorkeling, turtle snorkeling, or stroll down the beach. After practising their evening set of power yoga, they are served a traditional organic vegan meal for dinner. While staying here, visitors can also take a tour on the Dolphin cruise and explore the pristine beauty of the surrounding. At Island Spa Retreat the visitors as well engage in complementary activities such as coconut weaving workshop, beach clean-up, a gardening workshop, cooking class, watching movies outdoors, and relaxing to the local cultural flavour via music and dance. Apart from these, there are certain fun activities such as practising yoga on sand bank, fishing in the Indian Ocean, setting sail on the sunset dolphin cruise, etc.
