With prior consultation from Dr. Subhash, an individual can personalize the health packages and take consultation before starting the Chaitanya Natural Slimming Program.

Unlike any other slimming program, Chaitanya provides a state of lightness and freeness to the mind and body. It is a relaxing treatment which aims to eliminate the adhered adipose toxins with the help of powdered scrub and detox steam every day. The program includes taking a consultation from Dr.Subhash followed by hastapadabyhangham and dinner on the first day. From the next day an individual engages in the extensive 120 minutes session of slimming program that includes pizhichil— decoction bathing/herbal oil, ayurkanti—a rejuvenating face massage, Shirodhara— a stream of medicated oil pour on the forehead, Abhyangham—medicated oil massage, or the Navarakihzi—the rice bundle pouch massage. Any of these wellness programs can be selected based on personal requirements. Apart from these, there is also a 90 minutes session slimming program that includes chakra balancing—a holistic meditative massage with herbal steam along with virechana—colon cleansing purgation or marma chikitsa—cleaning of vital energy points. Individuals can complete this slimming session with an Ayur face massage.

With utmost care, the wellness resort also prepares a satvik meal which has the right choice of ingredients. A daily session of nirvanayoga and meditation for 30 minutes is practiced to enlighten the mind and distress the body.
