Ceremony and Yoga Retreats' intention is to create a sacred space-time where participants can leave their armor aside and their masks fall to let their true selves emerge and expand into a fuller, more conscious, and more loving life, starting with self-love, self-care and full presence to their lives. This retreat is a wonderful opportunity to open your heart, expand your consciousness, and bring meaning and understanding to your personal journey or quest in a safe and inspiring context.
This retreat is for those who have felt the call to experience a journey with master plants or want to dive deeper with them in a safe context, those who feel ready to face some trauma and difficulties from a different approach, or dive inside to better know the self, cultivate self-love and appreciation, through sharing and celebrating existence day by day. You are invited to join this beautiful location surrounded by nature where the retreat will be hosted by Italy, Ingrid, and collaborators with healthy inspiring practices oriented to awaken what truly matters and to bring clarity and joy to your life.
In order to respect the Amazonian traditions with the master plants, and have a deeper experience with the medicine, a diet prior to the retreat, will be required for all participants who want to meet the Ayahuasca vine which is dearly called La Abuelita (the little grandmother), and same for Psilocybin Magic Mushrooms, dearly called as "los niñitos" (the little children) by Mexican ancestral medicine masters.
