As always with Mandy this is a practice rich retreat with yoga, breath work, meditation, mantra and yoga Nidra all on offer.
I host retreats in places where you can step out of the rhythm of doing and rushing and into being with more ease. I choose places of natural beauty and hosts that are down to earth and love supporting the local economy.
You can expect lots of practice, wholesome food (all diets welcome), and plenty of time outside.
Each retreat is different. Some have themes and requirements for attendance, some have periods of silence, so please read on to find out which one can support you the best.
Come on this retreat if you desire a full spectrum of practices from a highly experienced guide that knows how to meet you where you are.
The intention for this retreat is to help you to transition into the darker months with more ease and to leave you feeling resourced and connected to all that supports you.
Mandy's expertise is in creating sacred space, allowing you to feel held and thus able to fully immerse into your practices.
You can expect a variety of practices, thoughtfully sequenced, that will allow you to make the most of your retreat time. The silent mornings in the middle of the retreat are a perfect introduction to some silent time and the benefits that this can bring.
Come for nature, come for the community and come for the practice to transition into the darker months with more ease.
