With each pose, you’ll massage your internal organs, support optimal function, and stimulate circulation, metabolism, and the immune system.

Typical Day
8 am - we start each day with meditation
8.30 am - Bikram Yoga
10.30 am - Healthy brunch
11.00 am - Free time to indulge in wellness activities
4 pm - In the afternoon, different workshops will be organized (posture clinic, laughter yoga, authentic relating, ecstatic dance, sound healing, KAP etc.).
7 pm - Delicious dinner
8 pm - you can continue sharing with the participants, relax, or join an evening meditation.
A peaceful and sound night of sleep follows.
