One week before coming you will have an online session with Doctor Vijay Carolin who will give us the guidelines you need to get the most out of this retreat.
We start with Yoga classes in the morning with Javier Mantecón, adapting to the level of each person and their personal constitution. The diet we offer will be Ayurvedic, based on the principles of Ayurveda and on the doctor's recommendations, we will see what diet best suits you according to your Dosha or constitutional biotype.
If you want to continue going deeper inside, we offer you our workshops with Ana Isabel Tomé: which include dynamics of Family constellations , Therapy with Bach Flowers, Reiki practices a> and crystal healing. Meditation, every afternoon we will practice and enter the world of meditation.
During the entire retreat we will be accompanying your process, it is very important for us that you feel comfortable, like at home, that is why 3 is the maximum number of people< a i=2> who can participate in the retreat. This is how we make sure it is super personalized.
