Monday and Wednesday
08:30 - Grab your complimentary lightweight backpack with a homemade protein snack and a bottle of water and start your walk through the heart of San Miguel. Your guide will show you various routes to keep it interesting
09:30 - 60-minute daily yoga class with Alejandro at Hotel Posada de la Aldea. Beginners through advanced yoga, so you can go at your own pace
10:45 - Walk to the Rosewood Hotel or Café Rama or other local’s café for coffee, water, or lemonade. You will either return to the Glass House or meet the guides in town
10:45 - on Wednesday - San Miguel History & Cultural Highlight. Walking tour (from the Rosewood, you will walk to the Jardín Principal to meet your guide). Lunch in Centro
11:15 - on Monday - Meet your guide Rosewood, given a San Miguel map and then a short guided walk with the highlights This will help you get familiar with San Miguel de Allende

14:30 - Glass House for a lecture on Mexican Customs by Michelle Garrison
16:00 - Spa treatments on the deck

10:30 - on Tuesday - Travel to Via Organic Farm, Tienda, and Restaurant in Jalpa. You will tour, get an educational class, and have lunch at the café
10:30 - on Thursday - You will travel towards Dolores Hidalgo, just outside of San Miguel to La Gruta Natural hot springs, curative hot water, caves, and thermal pools. Lunch at the café
10:30 - on Saturday - El Charco del Ingenico Botanical Garden Natural Preserve
Afternoon - Free time for napping or reading. This is also a suitable time to take a shower if you didn’t get a chance in the morning. There is hot, filtered soft water

Your Eight-Day Fitness Vacation will be filled with activities and rest periods guaranteed to rejuvenate the body, mind, and spirit. Plan to do lots of walking on cobblestone streets, as well as up and down hills. Good walking shoes are necessary. They are at a high altitude, over 6,000 feet, so staying well-rested and hydrated is a priority, and they provide bottled water during activities as well as in guest rooms.
