Jani's yoga classes & movement workshops are designed to give you a space to explore your own needs and get in touch with yourself. Among other things, daily yoga & mobility classes will enhance your body in terms of strength and flexibility. This way you can feel even more confident and comfortable on the water. With regenerative sessions we allow ourselves after active days on the board, rest and recharge. Meditation, breathing techniques and nourishing rituals help you to get to know yourself and your needs better and to listen to your body. In this way, you are allowed to lovingly shift your own boundaries, open yourself to the flow of life, quiet your monkey mind, let go and relax.
No matter if this is your first successful turn or your first step towards Hang Five. Paulina will accompany you on your way into the wave and prepare you for every single step. Her goal is to bring you closer to her own passion for longboarding and to let you share in the unique feeling of happiness after a beautiful wave. Nothing brings you into the here and now like a turn or a step towards the nose of your board. Your balance is challenged, your whole body has to work together but you are way too busy with nature to notice.
