It feels like we are always on one side and are trying to somehow balance the imbalance - keeping the balance between these poles is quite difficult. And isn't that exactly what we're looking for? A harmonious balance between stability and rootedness as well as lightness and letting go. Grounding, rooting - a quality that helps us to feel more at home again. We feel more stable, more resilient and more balanced. How would it be for you to strengthen this connection and find lightness at the same time? Imagine trusting your intuition more and getting back into your own flow.
Through daily yoga classes and workshops you have the opportunity to delve deeply into your own practice and discover what the balance between 'flowing' and 'grounding' is for you. The classes give you a space to try things out, get to know your own needs and connect with yourself. Yoga means, among other things, asana practice - but also meditation, pranayama, the reflection of yamas and niyamas, bhakti yoga and much more. It is important to the organizers to give you a holistic insight into the world of yoga, completely free of dogmas and without instruction. The classes take place either outside in nature - on the beach, in the spacious garden on the yoga terrace with a sea view - or in the light-flooded yoga shala.
