Our well-equipped gym is always available for your personal workout.

08:00 - Indoors Vinyasa Flow yoga morning class (75 minutes)
09:30 - Delicious healthy veggie brunch as buffet with the option to prepare a snack for lunch
10:00 - Free time for relaxing, soak up the sun at the saltwater pool, go for a walk at the coast line, enjoy a nice chat with like-minded people - join in for a surfing lesson, book your massage or any other treatment available, use the well-equipped gym for your workout, book a SUP, guided Mountain bike Tour, or simple relax, read a book or do nothing!
17:30 - 30-minute meditation
18:15 - Restorative yoga, soft flow or Yin yoga class (75 minutes)
19:30 - Tasty veggie dinner as a buffet
The morning classes will be a Vinyasa Flow, a gentle practice of Hatha Yoga which focuses on the synchronization of the breath (prana) with the postures (asanas). (75 minute classes including meditation, pranayama, asana, savasana).
It is a dance of the asanas always in connection with breathing to calm the mind. Let the breath be your guide to liberate your mind and increase your inner peace, harmony, love, and joy.
Practicing yoga will help to harmonize the nervous system, increase the sense of balance of body and mind and strengthen the lymphatic system.
Evening classes are more soft, slow, restorative or yin to integrate the day and prepare for a great rest for the night. The beginning of a quiet yoga class offers you the possibility of relaxing and escaping from your stressful daily routine.
Supported by the ground you will be able to stay longer in different asanas for up to 7 minutes. You can relax deeply your body, muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints and also your mind.
Let yourself lead your own breath through a class full of regeneration, recreation, and calm.
During the day enjoy our lovely garden with saltwater pool, sun chairs, hammocks, go for a walk at the coast with stunning views breathing in the fresh air of the atlantic ocean. There is nothing more relaxing than observing the waves and enjoying the surfers doing their best to surf the best wave of their life.
You will enjoy the company of like-minded people searching for a recharging time, nice talks, quietness and a peaceful living together.
