On this eight-day Ayurvedic rejuvenation detox program you'll receive a very personalized Ayurvedic treatments program with Dr. Vijay Carolin, one treatment every day, for about 60-80 minutes, tailored to suit your individual diagnostic history. A personalized diagnosis with a qualified Ayurvedic doctor ten days before the retreat starts online helps to prepare the program of treatments, ayurvedic diet, and ayurvedic routines (Dinacharias). This program is an ideal introduction and preparation for the more intensive panchakarma (full detox) program but is also a suitable option if you simply wish to rest, relax, lose weight, and de-stress. This program also includes daily yoga, pranayamas and yoga Nidra meditation classes, personal lifestyle, and health coaching with Javier or Ana.

During this retreat, you will have the opportunity to learn the lifestyle and routines of yoga and Ayurveda, tantric meditations, and to practice yoga every day with classes that will help to relax the mind, provide flexibility, reduce fatigue, and increase your energy and digestive power. Yoga as therapy or exercise was traditionally prescribed in an Ayurvedic context.
Rejuvenation and Low-stress
Rejuvenation according to Ayurveda is only possible through a process of elimination of physical, mental, and emotional toxins. Once these toxins are expelled, the body through its own resources can rebalance and optimize the actions of all tissues and systems.

Food during the retreat will be vegetarian and mostly organic. Their Ayurvedic doctor Vijay Caroline, through personalized diagnosis, will recommend ayurvedic dietary patterns which will be taken into account when making the menus. You will be served three daily organic meals.
During the retreat, you will receive valuable information on the principles of the Ayurvedic diet and how to incorporate health into your everyday routines. Proper digestion and regular detox are the keys to physical and mental health and to a decrease in disease.
