Jivamukti yoga is a playful, challenging flow yoga that will take your yoga practice much deeper. This ever-popular Jivamukti yoga retreat includes Vinyasa (flowing asana sequences), hands-on adjustments, pranayama, Restorative classes, theory, meditation, guided chanting (don’t worry, it’s fun!), and deep relaxation.
To keep the practice inspiring, asana sequences are ever-changing with music playing an integral role in the class. Jivamukti is both physical and spiritual, giving an all-around experience for body, mind, and soul.
Led by Andrea Everingham, this is an unmissable opportunity to learn from one of Jivamukti's most talented instructors. Andrea gives wonderful adjustments and support for practitioners at all levels, so you will really feel your yoga advance during this week.
Her teaching style is dedicated, passionate, hands-on, high energy, and very fun - a laugh is never far away in her classes. The effect is uplifting, opening, and exhilarating. She balances this with wonderful Yin classes and yoga therapy that allows you to let go and drift into deep relaxation, giving your body and mind time to reconnect and restore.
