Over the last six years of teaching more than 55 retreats ourselves, we have designed and created something very special—a unique yoga retreat experience. A whole week of different practices, where you have the possibility to grow and learn a lot about yourself, your body and your mind.
Are you ready for a personal change? Or do you need time to nourish yourself?
In our uniquely designed 8-day holistic Breathwork, Meditation, and Yoga Retreats, we offer the following tools to make a change in your life and integrate healthier practices and positive habits.
Yoga, as a cornerstone of our retreats, extends beyond physical postures. It's a practice of self-discovery, self-mastery and empowerment. Guided by well-trained instructors, you'll dive deep into a transformative exploration of your body and mind, cultivating strength, flexibility, and a profound connection and understanding to your inner self.
Meditation: Finding balance and inner Peace
In the quest for inner peace, our yoga retreat places a spotlight on the transformative impact of meditation. These ancient practices act as a foundation, enabling you to explore the depths of your consciousness and emerge with a revitalized sense of clarity and purpose.
Breathwork: Soul-Nourishing Practice
Breathwork can be described as a portal and door to our internal and external worlds. You can give space, expansion, and opportunity for shifts, movement, insights, and change in one session. You have the chance to return to your body that holds you dearly and works non-stop so that you may exist here and now.
Nutrition: As a Source of Vitality
There is a direct connection between body, mind and spirit. We have been observing our bodies for many years by practicing yoga, meditating, and eating different foods. Over the years we felt this direct connection between the quality of our practice and our lives and the food choices we made. Based on our own experience, we created a plant based menu that will help you to go even deeper in this yoga retreat.
Discover yourself in the miraculous south coast of Sri Lanka. This island is a magical place with beautiful green nature to find inner peace, strengthen your body with yoga, and clear your mind and body with breathwork.
Sri Lanka is the home of Ayurveda, one of the oldest healing systems, which believes wellness depends on a balance between mind, body, and spirit. GreenPeace Inn Retreats will build this balance up during the week and give you the space you need to develop it. They will nourish you with healthy vegan plant-based food, all grown locally, and if you like, receive Ayurvedic treatments.
