In our vision, yoga and surfing are two wonderful full-body practices which guide you to inner peace, to a connection with your natural state and the elements and to deep love. The principal objective of this retreat is to take your wave-riding to a new level through intensive surf lessons (approximately 20 hours/week) in combination with a mix of daily Vinyasa Flow and restorative post-surf yoga classes.

Ericeira surf school provides surf classes for different levels in separated groups.
The surf courses are specifically designed for your level of surfing, combining theory and practice in the most effective way.
As a complete beginner, you will learn how to surf with us from the start. Well-experienced surfers will get the chance to perfect their surfing techniques.
Riding a wave requires focus, a clear mind, and a strong, clean body. That’s why we give you the opportunity to join additional yoga classes.
If you can find your focus and clear your mind through yoga, you will progress more in your surfing skills.
08:00 - Indoors Vinyasa Flow yoga morning class (75 minutes)
09:30 - Delicious healthy veggie brunch as buffet with the option to prepare a snack for lunch
10:00 - Free time for relaxing, soak up the sun at the saltwater pool, go for a walk at the coast line, enjoy a nice chat with like-minded people - join in for a surfing lesson, book your massage or any other treatment available, use the well-equipped gym for your workout, book a SUP, guided Mountain bike Tour, or simple relax, read a book or do nothing!
17:30 - 30-minute meditation
18:15 - Restorative yoga, soft flow or Yin yoga class (75 minutes)
19:30 - Tasty veggie dinner as a buffet
