8 Day Healing Retreat with Ayahuasca, Yoga Retreat and Therapeutic Support in Cusco, Peru

Bindu Holistica is a pioneering center in the use of master plants as part of a psycho-spiritual development program that includes the contemplative practices of yoga and meditation and psychotherapy based on childhood trauma (Gabor Maté) as essential resources in the process of self-knowledge and self-healing. The 8-day retreat is based on two fundamental axes: The ethics of care and harm reduction, which allows us to provide a warm and safe support that facilitates deep healing work on a physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual level.

DIET AND FASTING DURING THE RETREAT

Bio Nutrition: Organic vegetarian diet, purifying, anti-inflammatory and rich in clean nutrients.

2 Fasts of 24 hours. each one in preparation for taking Ayahuasca, according to the traditional practices of the Amazonian health systems around Ayahuasca.

INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATIONS DURING RETIREMENT

Although the process focuses on group dynamics, private consultations can be requested at any time during the retreat and will be assigned to available spaces.

POSTULATION

1. All interested parties must have a video call interview with the facilitators to assess whether this process is relevant to their health and their vital moment.
2. All participants must fill out the medical, biographical and motivation questionnaire.
3. Once these steps are completed, payment for the reservation must be made.
4. Once payment for the reservation has been confirmed, follow-up will begin through a private WhatsApp group with the rest of the participants where recommendations will be provided to begin preparing for the process as well as useful information for the trip. If this is the case, medical support will be provided prior to withdrawal.

Retreat program and focus:

• 2 ceremonies. One with Ayahuasca and another with another master plant (days 3 and 6).
• Individual therapeutic accompaniment sessions.
• Daily Hatha Vinyasa yoga classes – progressive methodology – suitable for participants with or without experience.
• Group dynamics of self-exploration and integration.
• Dialogue on the effects of Ayahuasca: scientific, therapeutic, medical and spiritual perspective.
• Dialogue about the importance of set (intention) and setting (context) in the use of entheogenic plants.
• Art – therapy.
• Introduction to Tandava Tantric Practice

• 2 24-hour fasts: in preparation for taking master plants.
• Sound Healing: deep relaxation sound journey.
• Final excursion: final integration into a magical natural environment.

No products containing sugar or refined flours will be offered. Desserts are sweetened with dates, honey or maple syrup.

Only products of animal origin will be offered such as natural yogurt, raw honey and free-range eggs.

During the retreat, 2 fasts of almost 24 hours are carried out for the purification and preparation of the body-mind to receive Ayahuasca medicine respecting the traditional Shipibo way..
