Yoga, meditation, surfing, eating and relaxing at Goodtimes Surfcamp! The camp is located in the north of Portugal directly on the beach of Gelfa. The three camp houses at Goodtimes Surfcamp are surrounded by a large garden that offers enough space and privacy to relax and slow down. Just a few steps from the sea you always have a view of the waves. The Goodtimes Surfcamp yoga platform is located directly on the sea and the yoga room also faces the sea.
You will spend the retreat in our modern alpine huts with sauna, yoga room and common room. Catering is provided by trained chefs, you have vegan options for all meals and the opportunity to adapt to your individual needs. During the retreat, the snow camp is also visited by guests who are not taking part in the retreat, so you can also be in a large group. The sessions take place in the morning and evening and are adapted to the processes and slope times.
In diesem Retreat wollt ihr den Alltag für eine Woche vergessen, euch von jeglicher Hektik lösen und voll und ganz an dem wunderschönen Ort am Meer und bei euch selbst ankommen.
Am Morgen startet ihr zunächst etwas ruhiger mit einer kurzen achtsamen Meditation oder Atemübung. Darauf folgt ein kreativer, dynamischer Vinyasa Flow mit kräftigenden und dehnenden Asanas. So könnt ihr voller Energie gemeinsam den Tag beginnen lassen.
In eurer Woche erwartet euch an jedem Tag ein neues Thema. Passend dazu wählt Tilla eine Meditation oder Pranayama Übung aus und baut die Vinyasa und Yin Sequenzen entsprechend auf. Dabei können Positionen vorkommen, die einen bestimmten Körperbereich ansprechen, z.B. herzöffnende Asanas, aber auch Balanceübungen, Umkehrhaltungen oder Armbalancen können Bestandteil der jeweiligen Sequenz sein. Vielleicht stoßt ihr dabei an eure eigenen Grenzen oder überwindet sie sogar. Die Yoga Einheiten werden dabei mit passender Musik untermalt oder durch ein Mantra, ein Zitat oder eine Geschichte begleitet.

The entire meal is prepared by two trained chefs, who impress with their varied, healthy and yet rich cuisine. Breakfast includes a buffet with homemade spreads, various cheeses, a cold cuts platter, vegetables and fresh fruit salad. This includes a muesli station and twice a week you can expect a freshly prepared Good Times breakfast specialty, which is prepared in the kitchen and brought to your favorite place.
Lunch consists of a variety of meals that change throughout the week. Depending on the chef's mood of the day, various soups, salads, curries or wraps are prepared and offered as a buffet.
Dinner is served five times a week and consists of three courses. The last evening ends with a rich barbecue together.
