This week is 100% all about you and regaining balance in your life. For six days you work intensively on (re)building your resilience and mental self-strength.
Furthermore, installing self-care, building self-image and assertiveness and installing a balanced energy balance are paramount.
All this in combination with sufficient rest and additional workshops on relaxation, yoga, mindfulness and gentle sports workouts.
Finally, during this week you will be introduced to the beneficial power of walking coaching and sensory walks.
Of course, in addition to all this, there is plenty of room for relaxation, me-time, exploring the island or a few hours of shopping.
In short, a whole week of focusing on your own 'self' and strengthening your inner self!
A very extensive and varied breakfast is provided every day!
Lunch and dinner can be enjoyed in the villa, but in the very nearby area there are also many cozy and tasty restaurants where you can eat very well and at good prices!
There is also a supermarket just 100m away where you can get everything you need for lunch or dinner in the holiday villa.
