Experience Overview
Holidays are a great time to do something for your body, mind, and soul. This spring retreat takes place in an incredible location. "El Botanico" is its own ecosystem, a small botanical garden in the middle of palm trees, trees and nature. It is the perfect place to retreat to and enjoy yoga and sound healing.
You will be spoiled with freshly prepared vegetarian or vegan food. These are organic and local food. The price includes a brunch buffet and dinner.
There will be fruits and nonalcoholic drinks for you throughout the day. If you would like a breakfast snack, they will organize that for you too. Please inform them if you have any allergies or intolerances.
