They both enable you to tune into your true nature so that the energy within and around you can flow freely..
We offer our yoga classes in different styles. During our one week programme yin and yang styles of yoga are complementing each other by bringing balance between active and passive, masculine and feminine energies. The classes are based on harmony of proper breathing, physical movement and conscious presence.
We practice with ’AHIMSÁ’, which literally means non-violence to yourself. Our priorities are to take care of you while giving you space and freedom to make the best of your yoga and meditation practice. On one hand it means offering free choices for You to be able to adapt your practice to Your personal needs while you make your own personal connection and experience under our guidance. On the other hand we give you proper alignments and corrections for a safe, preventive, therapeutic and sustainable practice. It reduces repetitive stress on joints and ligaments that can be caused also by unbalanced yoga practice, lack of balance in the physical body or in your lifestyle.
Included in the package are four brunches and four dinners per week.
