A vegetarian meal promotes inner peace and is prepared with a mix of the best herb and spices to increase its nutrient value. The food is prepared from fresh ingredients under very hygienic conditions for the health and well-being of everyone. Breakfast at 09:00 AM: To start your day on a healthy note, you will be served healthy meals like porridge, sprouts, nuts, fruit salad, muesli with fruit salad and yogurt, bread toast with fruits, and coconut water with herbal tea. Lunch at 01:00 PM: You will be served an ayurvedic meal that includes rice with dal or lentils, cooked vegetables with Indian whole wheat bread or multigrain bread, with a green salad with different beans and yogurts, and it keeps changing everyday. Dinner at 07:30 PM: You will be served a light and nutritious dinner that combines a healthy ayurvedic meal with soup, raw salad or fruit salad, and cooked vegetables. Our food is prepared with fresh ingredients without any preservatives under strict supervision.
AYM Yoga school has a strict NO REFUND policy in case a student withdraws from the Yoga Teacher Training/Retreat program before the training commences. However, students can transfer their fees towards any future date within one year of the original registration date.
