This is a seven-day Pilates and wellness retreat by the sea in the beautiful Greek peninsula of Pelion, home of the centaurs.
Pilates sessions will take place on the covered outdoor yoga terrace. They will be a whole-body stretching program combined with gentle physical exercise. Additionally, an energizing mixture of Pilates and Tai chi practices will take place in the open air, with balls, hoops, bands, and other apparatuses used to gently stretch and awaken the body.
The program can be adapted to all ages and needs. No previous experience in either practice is required.
These will be a series of stretching and rhythmic movements combined with mindful breathing. Inspired by Qi gong, the synergy of movement and breath will activate the energy channels of the body, nourishing and relaxing the organs and body systems.
Experience meditation and relaxation with the help of singing bowls vibrations - sonic, sensory vibrations that help the body enter a state of deep serenity.
Delicious, freshly prepared, local, Greek, and healthy vegetarian food will be served on site, along with a wine option at dinner. The retreat price includes a delicious breakfast served with home-baked fresh bread, fresh fruit, and a selection of cereals, yogurt, and honey, a light salad lunch, and a two-course evening meal served with local wine.
The food will be prepared using only the freshest seasonal and local ingredients, including oregano, mint, thyme, rosemary, and olives from Dolphins Leap's own garden. All meals will be served on the terrace overlooking the sea.
The evening meal will include a selection of dishes to cater for every taste. Local wine will be served to guests at dinner if required (at no extra cost). Otherwise, a range of soft drinks and fruit juices will be served at all meals and will be available at all times throughout the day. It will also vary according to the fresh local produce available at local markets.

Your booking is valid only with pre-payment of the full amount. No refunds will be given in case of cancellation. In case of non-payment the corresponding reservation will be cancelled.
To reserve, a security deposit of 15% of the total price is required. The security deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation. The remainder of the payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
